Job description
Do you love events? Would you like to apply your knowledge to creating Red Carpet season launch parties and special events for a number of global TV shows? You will have to manage Press, paparazzi, our stars and guests. Namage ticketing, locations, logistics, catering, and raving fans.
We live cast amazing events and TV shows around the world and have an opening for someone who LOVES being at the heart of an event.. the GO TO person to make it all happen.. this is for you. We host regular events of up to 150 people, and live shows with studio audience of up to 80. Your role will be to help everything be organised, executed and everyone to have a great time!
Your mentor and trainer during the internship, Matthew Black has decades of business experience, having owned multimillion dollar companies, consulted in Silicon Valley and worked in the charity sector. He will use this experience to train you and teach you anything you want to know.
PERMANENT JOB AVAILABLE - If you are looking for a job at the end, a clear development path and an opportunity for a permanent position, if you grow into the role and achieve the requisite KPI's over the internship period which we expect to be around three months.
PAID INTERNSHIP - This is internship does not pay a full salary for a SHORT mutually agreed trial period, note this is purely dependant on your experience. But if you pass that stage you will be looking at between around £24,000-£29,000PA pro rata to start.
HOURS - We are very open to flexible hours but you will need to be based in the UK and a commutable distance to central London for our regular team meetings. It's mostly 10-5 with occasional events in the evenings and weekend filming gigs, but all with plenty of notice.
Desired profile
Essential:
-Excellent communication skills; articulate with a fluent (or near fluent) command of the English language, both written and spoken
-Demonstrate willingness to learn
-Be bright, enthusiastic and friendly
-Ability to produce high standard work to a deadline
-Ability to take direction and work in a small team
Qualifications:
Whilst we are not looking specifically for formal qualifications in recruiting for this role, practical experience is a must and a desire to develop your career is essential.
