Areas of Responsibility

Working within a fast paced, target driven office environment, you will be collecting fees from customers generated from financial claims
Liaising with both customers and lenders ensuring an efficient and effective journey for all claims, understanding the importance of enhancing the customer journey at every opportunity is a must
Contact customers who’ve had a successful outcome on their claim and obtain payment of our fee as agreed in our terms and conditions
Utilise your skills and experience to overcome obstacles and customer objections
Overcome obstacles and customer objections
Have a clear understanding of the importance of strong customer service adapting your approach to meet the circumstances of each individual client

Essential & Desirable Skills/Experience

Financial product knowledge, specifically loans and credit cards
Experience of working with bad debt
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Competent in use of office IT systems, including; email, word processing, spreadsheets, as well as customer databases
Ability to work in a target driven environment
To be able to prioritise work loads in a changing environment
Strong collections background
Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
