Description
We are looking for a User Research Intern to support a global product center focused on consumer electronics and smart devices. The role involves user and market research to generate insights that support product definition, innovation and experience improvement across multiple product categories. You will work closely with product and cross-functional teams in an international environment, contributing to data-driven product decisions across the product lifecycle
Responsibilities
· From a product perspective, support consumer research across the full product lifecycle, translating insights into actionable inputs for product portfolio planning, product definition and key decision-making to improve product competitiveness
· Conduct in-depth consumer and thematic research based on target user needs, identifying opportunities for product innovation, value proposition refinement and experience enhancement
· Identify user goals, usage scenarios and device requirements to define clear directions for experience improvement and feature development across both individual products and broader product ecosystems, delivering actionable recommendations
· Leverage qualitative and quantitative research methods, big data, competitive analysis and market insights. Work closely with product teams to design and execute research plans and ensure high-quality deliverables at each stage
Requirements
· Basic understanding of user research/consumer insights methods (relevant experience is a plus)
· Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure insights
· Curious about emerging technologies and market trends, with a strong passion for consumer digital products. Able to translate insights and personal perspectives into actionable outcomes
· Excellent communication skills
· Fluent in English and French (C1/C2)
