THE POSITION

As an Solutions Manager Apprentice, you will be involved in responding to client leads, designing solutions, preparing technical proposals, and maintaining end-to-end client relationships .

Your main responsibilities will include:

·  Analyzing identified targets and client context : analyzing needs, financial resources, required deadlines, and internal implementation timelines.
·  Contributing to the design of winning proposals in line with revenue and margin objectives.
·  Engaging in client relationship management : making phone calls to propose new offers, maintaining communication with clients.
·  Collaborating with other departments to effectively onboard new services.
·  Keeping the activity dashboard up to date.
·  Conducting technical monitoring.
·  Participating in conferences.

As a future graduate of an engineering school specializing in Telecommunications, you are seeking an Alternance position that offers a balance between technical and pre-sales activities.
