About the Role
As part of Xiaomi France, you will act as the key technical interface between our headquarters, carriers, distributors, and customers in the French market. You will ensure that our latest smartphones and connected devices meet local technical requirements, pass carrier certifications, and deliver the best possible user experience.
This role combines hands-on testing, technical analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with HQ teams (R&D, BSP, Telephony, Radio, Protocol, etc.), offering a unique opportunity to work at the cutting edge of mobile technology including 5G, SA, VoNR, mmWave, and beyond .
Responsibilities：
· Carrier & Partner Support : Communicate with carriers and distributors to understand requirements and timelines; coordinate with HQ teams to ensure timely technical approvals for product launches.
· Software Validation : Execute self-testing for each software release before delivery to customers; ensure high standards of quality and reliability.
· Advanced Technology Testing : Support laboratory and field testing for new technologies (5G NSA/SA, VoNR, mmWave, etc.), ensuring compliance with local operators’ standards.
· Issue Analysis & Resolution : Analyze device and network logs, track defects in the JIRA system, and collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to identify, verify, and resolve issues.
· Market & Competitive Insights : Collect and analyze competitor technical information to support strategic decision-making.
· Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with Technical Account Managers (TAM), R&D engineers, and local stakeholders to align on product readiness and successful market entry.
Qualifications：
· Bachelor’s (3rd year) to Master’s student in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Telecommunication Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
· Strong technical background in mobile communication technologies (4G/5G, telephony, protocols, etc.).
· Hands-on experience with software testing, log analysis, and defect management tools (JIRA or similar).
· Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across multicultural teams.
· Languages : Proficiency in English, French, and Chinese is required.
