As part of the Pluxee spin-off and listing project and the growth acceleration strategy, the role of Strategic Planning intern/apprentice, reporting directly to the VP Strategy, will be of key importance for the organization, especially for the Strategy team.
Your next challenge
The Strategic Planning intern/apprentice will support Strategy team members to manage the strategic planning process, complex strategic projects and conduct specific strategic analyses.
The Strategic Planning intern/apprentice will have a 3-fold mission:
(i) Specific strategic analyses on competitors and/or sectors relevant to Pluxee
(ii) Framing / project management of specific strategic initiatives prioritized for H2.2024 and H1.2025
(iii) Consolidation of the strategic plans & organization of next steps based on conclusions
What you'll be doing:
· Specific strategic analyses on competitors and/or sectors relevant to Pluxee
· Perform benchmarks to follow global business trends, incl. relevant segments and competitors and/or potential acquisition targets to derive relevant insights
· Support on top-management presentations incl. documents for the Pluxee Board & ExCom and external investors
· Manage a regular newsletter to share market trends and competitor news
Framing / project management of specific strategic initiatives prioritized for FY25
· Take a project management support role in global strategic projects
· Create workplans (scope definition, planning, etc.)
· Coordinate cross-functional teams internally and potentially externally
Consolidation of the strategic plans & organization of next steps based on conclusions
· Summarize Pluxee ambition, growth acceleration domains and associated priorities
· Share and improve continuously frameworks, guidelines and supporting documents
· Support countries in the process and consolidate data
You’re a match
· 2nd or 3rd year in Business school
· Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
· Strong analytical skills as well as ability to see the “big picture” and think strategically
· Project management skills
· At ease with financial analysis and solid knowledge of key business metrics
· Strong communication and facilitation skills
· Curiosity, openness
· Proficient user of the MS Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Teams), knowledge of BI visualization tools such as Power Bi or Tableau is a plus
· French mandatory, excellent spoken and written English required, other European languages are a plus
