Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?Attached to the Group's Finance Department at Head Office, the Shareholders' Service Department's missions are, on the one hand, to contribute to the implementation of the Shareholders' Guide by offering a service dedicated to individual shareholders and, on the other hand, to centralize the management of Air Liquide shares (stock transactions, centralization of the General Shareholders' Meeting, monitoring of the capital and of the issue account).Within this department, the Employee Shareholding division is responsible for managing the portfolio of employee-shareholders present in the 80 countries of the Group by keeping the Shareholder Register up to date, processing requests for the early release of employee shares and by exercising stock options and allocating performance shares.
