We are looking for a Recruiter Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team and contribute to recruiting technical and specialised roles across the site.
Role Overview
As a Recruiter Intern , you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support end-to-end recruitment activities and develop your recruitment expertise. This internship offers a hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and managing recruitment processes as well as exposure to employer branding, candidate engagement, and recruitment analytics.
You will gain practical skills in talent acquisition, work with modern recruitment tools, and be part of a fast-paced industrial HR environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Candidate Attraction
· Support the team with candidate sourcing across channels including job boards, LinkedIn, internal CV databases, and external networking sources.
· Assist in creating and posting engaging job advertisements tailored to roles (maintenance, quality, supply chain, etc.).
· Participate in employer branding initiatives that enhance AESC’s visibility with local and EU candidates.
Recruitment Process Support
· Conduct preliminary resume screening and help shortlist candidates.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
· Support ATS (Applicant Tracking System - Avature) data entry and maintain candidate records.
· Participate in phone/virtual pre-qualifications and candidate follow-ups.
· Assist with the coordination of recruitment events, job fairs, and screenings.
Recruitment Administration and Reporting
· Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment dashboards.
· Support short-listing, interview feedback collection, and candidate communication.
· Participate in reporting on recruitment metrics and candidate pipeline progress.
Learning & Development
· Work with hiring managers and experienced recruiters to understand role requirements and recruitment strategies.
· Get exposure to labor market trends, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices.
· Contribute ideas for improving recruitment processes.
Who We Are Looking For
Qualifications
· Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR with a desire to develop recruitment skills.
· Fluency in French and English written and verbal is essential
Skills & Attributes
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
· Comfortable with digital recruitment tools (LinkedIn, ATS, job boards, Excel).
· Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate in a team.
· Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
