Description
Job Responsibilities
· Assist in daily overseas user operations, including basic supporting tasks such as user information collation and activity participation data statistics.
· Cooperate with the team to collect user behavior data, participate in simple data sorting and analysis, and learn to use basic data analysis tools.
· Assist in executing user acquisition and activation campaigns, track campaign progress and record basic feedback information.
· Collect and initially sort out basic feedback from overseas users to provide references for the team to optimize operation strategies.
· Assist in the preliminary collation and recording of operation data reports, and monitor changes in key data indicators.
· Learn about the characteristics of overseas market users and assist the team in completing other related operation support work.
Job Requirements
· Current undergraduate or postgraduate student, or recent graduate, with no restrictions on academic major; a strong interest in user operations is required.
· Possess good English communication skills; candidates with a basic understanding of Chinese are preferred.
· Proficiency in a second foreign language (such as Polish, French, Spanish, etc.) is a plus.
· Familiar with office software such as Excel; be data-sensitive and willing to learn data analysis tools.
· Be careful and responsible in work, have strong execution ability, and possess good team collaboration awareness.
· Be curious about overseas markets and user operations, with a proactive learning attitude and adaptability.
