The Role (Summary)
We’re hiring an Operational Marketing Intern to start ASAP. You’ll execute integrated marketing programs end-to-end—digital campaigns, PR/comms, GTM collateral, conference assets and logistics—while keeping CRM and pipelines tidy and contributing strategic marketing briefs that inform positioning and priorities.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Digital Marketing & Communications
· Plan and run email and LinkedIn campaigns (briefs, lists, sends, tracking).
· Coordinate PR (press lists, outreach, follow-ups) and basic newsroom updates.
· Keep website content current (product pages, resources, news) with accurate, clear messaging.
GTM Collateral & Event Assets
· Build and maintain collateral: pitch deck, one-pager, use-case sheets, FAQs.
· Tailor materials by segment (biotech, pharma, CRO, academic) and consolidate objection-handling notes.
· Create conference assets: banners, brochures, product videos, booth visuals.
Event Operations
· Coordinate vendors/partners, registrations, shipments, and on-site logistics for conferences, demos, and webinars.
· Prepare run-of-show docs, staffing plans, checklists; manage timely internal follow-ups.
CRM Management
· Maintain HubSpot : import/enrich contacts, log interactions, set next steps.
· Keep partner/pharma/CRO pipelines up to date; share concise activity summaries.
Strategic Marketing Support
· Produce concise strategic market and competitive briefs to inform positioning, messaging, and prioritization.
· Support design coordination for product-adjacent materials.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
· Scientific + Business Profile: BAC+4/5 in biology, biotech, pharmacy, or biomedical engineering (or equivalent), with strong interest in marketing and commercialization.
· Operational Rigor: Organized, detail-driven, comfortable owning timelines and checklists.
· Clear Communication: Able to translate technical concepts for different audiences.
· Tools: HubSpot (or similar CRM tool), Office Suite; basics of design/video tools are a plus.
· Languages: Fluent in English; French is a plus.
· Bonus: Previous experience in digital and operational marketing in the life science tools industry
