As Autel Energy expands rapidly in Europe’s EV charging market, we are seeking a proactive and structured Legal Intern to support our growing operations in Paris, France.
Key Responsibilities:
· Draft and review commercial contracts (e.g., sales, distribution, service agreements, NDAs) and related legal documents
· Conduct legal research and prepare corresponding reports or internal memoranda
· Organize, archive, and maintain the company’s legal documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance
· Support the legal team in daily operations, including processing legal invoices, and handling other administrative or ad-hoc legal tasks
· Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth progress on legal and compliance matters
What We’re Looking For
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Law (LL.M. or equivalent)
· Excellent proficiency in German and English (working language)
· Optional: proficiency in French or Chinese
· Strong legal writing and analytical skills
· Ability to work independently and in a multicultural team
· Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
· Detail-oriented, responsible, with a demonstrated ability to learn and adapt
Preferred Profile
· Prior experience in a corporate legal department or law firm
· Interest in technology, automotive, or energy sectors
