Join a dynamic team to shape the future of our HRIS at Bouygues Construction !Your main missions :- Collaborate on various annual HR campaigns (recruitment, performance management, engagement surveys, training, etc.).- Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing systems by performing tests, updates, and ensuring technological monitoring.- Participate in the development and evolution of the HRIS platform configuration.- Document HR processes and tools to facilitate their adoption.- Promote the standards established by the Group.Profile :- Higher education in HRIS (Master's degree 1 or 2)- Previous experience in HRIS or IT systems is a plus- Technical skills : Proficiency in office tools and ideally ERP environments (SAP, HR Access, survey tools, etc.).- Language skills : English is mandatory, both written and spoken
