Every day, we move forward with and for patients, with and for our teams, motivated by the desire to care, to dare, to grow, and to commit to being useful to those in need.Global Value & Access Manager (oncology) en alternanceYour mission/impact :Within our Global Product Strategy department, you will assist the Global Value and Access team.You will primarily focus on supporting activities related to developing evidence and access strategies for new assets in oncology (solid tumors and hematologic diseases); the work will consist in developing knowledge bases in assigned indications and to explore HTA/payer assessments for drugs developed by other pharma companies.Some of your missions will BE to :- Monitor outcomes of EU HTA JCA reports- Map HTA/payer assessments : what was the outcome (benefit rating), what evidence gaps were identified by payers- Support GVAP team in conducting PICO simulations for own pipeline molecules- Support GVAP team in preparing/conducting early advice meetings with HTA bodiesYour profile :We are looking for a student passionate about Market Access with a strong desire to learn and invest in a dynamic environment.Required skills :- Education : The student is pursuing a Master's degree with a specialization in Market Access, Health Economics, or a related field, and is seeking a minimum 12-month apprenticeship to gain hands-on experience in the healthcare industry.- Hard skills : - You know Excel & PowerPoint - You are fluent in written and oral business English, additional language skills a plus- Soft skills : - You are a strategic thinker with good analytical and project management skills - You are proactive- take initiative to anticipate challenges and implement solutions - You are an effective communicator, both orally and in writing - You are a team player - thrives in team environments, effectively building positive relationships and actively contributing to collective objectives- Why join us? #HappyTraineesOur students are our best ambassadors.
