Our Graduate Program Engineering fits into this approach - a true springboard toward a high-potential engineering career. What is the Graduate Program Engineering ? A personalized 24-month learning program, structured around four 6-month missions across various industrial sites and areas of expertise within the Group : - Process optimization - Continuous improvement initiatives - Project management - Health & safety / site security You'll rotate across multiple industrial locations (sugar factories, distilleries, starch plants) to gain a broad, cross-functional understanding of our operations while strengthening your technical, operational, and managerial skills.
