Overview and purpose of role

The Creative Team intern collaborates closely within the Set and Spatial Design team. They contribute to various creative tasks and projects as an integral part of the team.

Projects

·  Global Window Display Concepts
·  Creative Pop-up Shops
·  Fashion Week Collection Presentations & Event concepts
·  Special Projects

Project structure

Briefing

·  Receiving the brief from the Creative producer and the Creative lead

Planning

·  During each step maintain regular meetings with the Creative producer and the Creative lead to follow and update the planning

Creative Output

·  Assist in generating initial ideas based on the brief, utilizing reference imagery, sketches, and 3D renders.
·  Collaborate with other team members (Work to establish a red thread running through 360 projets.
·  Develop & refine based on feedback from Key stakeholders, creating 3D renders, plans and videos to explain and sell in the concept

Technical output

·  Creative intern will help to create the design specifications for each element, technical drawings and render in situ
·  necessary the intern creative will join supplier meetings to explain ideas and exchange with the supplier on how to execute

Prototyping

·  Creative intern will help prototyping by doing mock ups at different stages of the creation process

Creative & Strategic Responsibilities

·  Contribute to brainstorming creative sessions to generate ideas and forward plan with the wider Visual Identity team.
·  Be consistently researching within the sector, staying up to date on competition and industry newness

Key attributes

·  Excellent communication skills and a positive, solutions-oriented mentality.
·  Knowledge of computer-aided manufacturing programs as well as manual craftsmanship.
·  Knowledge of materials, specifications, construction methods, finishes.
·  Good written and verbal communication skills in French & English.
·  Knowledge of 3D modelling suites such as Rhino, Blender or Cinema 4D.
·  Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite .
·  Comfortable with working on several projects simultaneously.
