We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, preparing food and drinks, and maintaining a very clean and organised dining area. The Front of House Staff will also be responsible for handling finance, managing the team (10 people), organising events through our Academy (Adult Classes and Kids Parties), taking care of payroll and ensuring customer satisfactions

Mission

Responsibilities:

·  Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
·  Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
·  Prepare food and drinks according to company standards
·  Maintain a clean and organised dining area
·  Handle finance and payroll
·  Manage the team of 10 people (Front of House, Back of House and Instructors)
·  Manage the Academy with Adult classes and Kids Parties 
·  Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
·  Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Profil

Requirements:

·  Internship Agreement for 6 months
·  IT Savvy as a lot of tools to use such as Shopify, Lightspeed, Deputy, Gmail,…
·  Prior experience in a customer service
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and autonomously
·  Strong attention to detail, very organised and tidy

Répartition du temps de travail

Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm

Salaire

Internship monthly salary : $3,000
