Join our team of 150,000 professionals in an innovative and challenging environment.AXA Headquarters brings together the group's corporate activities and oversees global entities, ensuring strategic coordination and compliance with standards, as well as consistency in commercial approaches.Within Group Risk Management, you will join the Group Information Risk Management team as Risk analyst.YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES :- Manage the Information Risk Dashboard (AXA Group reporting of risks, including information technology, cyber and vendor risks), collaborating with 40+ entities all around the world and overseeing an offshore team. - Quarterly collect and analyze 38 Key Risk Indicators o Analyze findings to support presentations to the risk committee and support AXA's risk management framework. - Contribute to the definitions of Key Risk Indicators with corporate stakeholders (Information Technology, Security, Procurement etc)- Manage the cyber incidents reporting- Actively contribute to develop and maintain the AXA risk management framework, including : o - Quantification of Information risk scenarios o Risk appetite framework - Actively contribute to the continuous evolution and optimization initiatives of the AXA risk management framework- Actively contribute to develop and maintain the global vendor risk management framework (i.e. vendor concentration risk, geopolitical risk) in coordination with corporate stakeholders (i.e. Group Procurement and Group COO teams).- Animate and support the Information Risk Management Community ensuring information and decision are shared, increasing awareness in our global community.YOUR PROFILEEducation : apprenticeship in Risk Management, Finance, Business or information Systems field in order to validate a bachelor or master's degree.Technical and professional skills :- - Analytics ability, - Project management skills, - Understanding of information risk, vendor risk and operational risk management and mitigation controls. - Ability to work in and contribute to a team-oriented and collaborative environment - PowerBI, Excel, Excel VBACommunication skills :- - Good communication and presentation skills. - Good level in English - Rigorous - ProactiveExperience :- - Internship experience, preferably in Financial Services industry, including risk management experience. - Experience in managing reportings. - Experience in managing relationshipsWHY JOIN USYou will join :- A responsible company, towards people, including its employees and customers, and towards the planet- A company with strong values- A company promoting internal mobility and the training of its employees- A company offering many benefits (learn more here : Reward & Benefits AXA Group)- A flexible company, allowing hybrid work, in the office and from home.In line with our commitments, we celebrate each new hire by taking action for global reforestation : we plant a tree for every recruitment.
