YOUR MISSIONSYou join the Business Transformation team in charge of governing master data within the Nova CRM, based on Salesforce. This tool centralizes all interactions related to customer service and the sales process. Working closely with Product Owners and following an Agile methodology, you help ensure the quality, consistency, and proper management of the data used in Nova.WHAT WILL YOU DO?- You define and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business objectives.- You qualify and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.- You coordinate with the IT team to ensure timely and high-quality feature development.- You supervise testing and ensure deliverables meet defined requirements.- You contribute to writing user guides and release notes.- You ensure compliance with industry standards, particularly regarding data protection and security.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- You are currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in the field of Data.- You have a good command of English (reading, writing, and professional communication).- Knowledge of Salesforce or Agile methodology is a plus.- You are proficient in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).- You are able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.- You demonstrate analytical thinking, rigor, and synthesis skills.- You are capable of working cross-functionally with diverse teams.Find out more about CMA CGM Group's Sustainable Development approach and net zero carbon emissions by 2050 ambition.
