Motul is a French company with a global footprint-our products are distributed in over 160 countries.We are widely recognized in the powersports and automotive sectors for our premium high-performance engine lubricants (Motul YouTube), and in the industrial world through our high-tech industrial lubricants (MotulTech).As part of the Group HR Department, based at our headquarters in Aubervilliers, you will work closely with the Global Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team, interacting daily with HR teams across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the Americas.Position : HR Apprentice - Compensation & BenefitsStart Date : SeptemberLocation : Aubervilliers, FranceYour Main Responsibilities :Analyse :Conduct analysis of internal compensation and benefits practices across countries.Participate in market surveys, job evaluations, and benchmarking exercises.Support payroll audits and contribute to the preparation of bonus and salary review campaignsPropose :Assist in the design of individual compensation packages for recruitment, promotion, and internal mobility.Contribute to the development of international mobility packages.Suggest improvements for tools, policies, and processes to enhance C&B practices.Implement :Maintain and update compensation data within our HR system (Talentsoft).Support & Communicate :Prepare communication materials for compensation and benefits campaigns.Provide support for employee queries, feedback sessions, and campaign debriefs (REX).Train and support international HR colleagues in the use of C&B tools and processes.What You'll GainThis apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in global HR practices within an international, high-performance, and innovation-driven environment. What You Bring to the RoleTo succeed in this position, you'll rely on the following strengths :Strong cultural curiosity, active listening skills, and excellent communication-both written and verbal (fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish, Italian, or German is a plus)Solid academic background in Human Resources, backed by the completion of a Master's 1 (M1) level degreeAt least one internship or 6-month experience in a generalist HR roleTech-savviness and a data-driven mindset, with ease using HRIS tools and advanced Excel skills
