About OLYMPE

OLYMPE is a fast-growing B2B distribution company based in Marseille, specialized in supplying professional oils, cleaning products, and consumables to restaurants, hotels, and catering companies. Our model combines quality sourcing, rapid delivery, and circular-economy initiatives (used-oil collection and revalorization).

We are looking for a motivated alternant(e) to join our commercial team and support local prospecting and client acquisition in the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) sector.
Mission

Your main goal will be to identify, visit, and onboard new professional clients across the Marseille area. You will represent OLYMPE on the ground, promoting our products and developing relationships with chefs, restaurant managers, and hospitality professionals.
Main Responsibilities
·  Conduct door-to-door prospection across targeted zones (restaurants, hotels, catering companies).
·  Present OLYMPE’s range of oils, cleaning products, and HoReCa supplies.
·  Identify client needs and propose adapted product solutions.
·  Record visit details and feedback in the CRM (Zoho).
·  Distribute samples and promotional materials when needed.
·  Follow up with prospects until first order and onboarding.
·  Support commercial campaigns, events, and local marketing actions.
·  Contribute to continuous improvement of prospecting strategy (feedback, competitor info, client insights). Profile
·  Student in commerce, marketing, or business development (Bac+2 to Bac+5).
·  Dynamic, autonomous, and results-oriented.
·  Comfortable speaking to professionals and building trust quickly.
·  Motivated by field work and contact with clients (mostly door-to-door).
·  Strong interest in gastronomy, restaurants, or HoReCa sector is a plus.
·  Driving license (B) appreciated but not mandatory. Skills
·  Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
·  Organization and follow-up discipline.
·  Positive, persistent, and adaptable attitude.
·  Basic digital literacy (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business, email).
·  Fluent in French (English appreciated). Remuneration
