System, Network & Security AdministrationManaging Texplained's IT infrastructure, including :Configuring workstations (Mac & Windows) and servers (Linux), handling updates, backups, security, hardware replacements, licensing, and user supportAdministering company networks (wired & Wi-Fi), routers, switches, IP addressing, and WAN connectionManaging Linux-based internal services (DHCP, DNS, NAS, Jira, Git, etc.)
Administering the texplained.com website hosting (OVH), including PHP & MySQL upgrades and backupsUpdating the texplained.com website (WordPress, WooCommerce, Sensei Pro + Vimeo)Administering an AWS + Linux FTPS server, user management, security updates, scheduled tasks, TLS certificate managementAdministering DNS (Gandi)
Managing Google Workspace (user creation, permissions, security) and Google Ads supportSoftware Testing & Support (in English)
Working closely with our development team and customers, your mission includes:
1. Software Testing
Writing test plans
Designing test cases based on software requirements
Creating test datasets
Writing and executing manual and automated test cases
Enhancing the test environment (scripting)
Analyzing, qualifying, and tracking bugs2. Customer Support (in English)
Delivering, installing, and training customers on our software
Handling customer requests (written and phone support, mainly in English)
Reproducing issues and coordinating with the internal team for troubleshooting
Developing investigation and resolution plans
Providing workarounds for incidents
Managing support tickets and collaborating with various company departments
Documenting support cases in a knowledge base
Ensuring service level agreements are met
Reporting on handled cases and time spent with clients
Proposing service quality improvements
Managing customer access rights
