Staging Post Accommodation Manager (NSNO)
Hammersmith & Fulham
(plus some travel to Harrow)
£36,183 – £39,976pa
37.5 hours per week
About us
St Mungo’s Broadway provides a bed and support to more than 2,500 people a night who are either homeless or at risk, and works to prevent homelessness, helping about 25,000 people a year. We believe no one should be homeless and that people can – and do – recover from the issues that create homelessness.
The role
The aim of your role as a Staging Post Accommodation Manager is to provide short term interim accommodation for single homeless people who are awaiting longer term accommodation options including private rented or supported accommodation. The service aims to ensure that no individual with a local connection to the West London will have to sleep rough in the capital while awaiting accommodation options from their local authority.
What you’ll need
• Experience in coordinating or managing a team in either a Homelessness, supported housing, advice or care environment
• A wide ranging knowledge of housing pathways, hostels, B&B and social housing
• To be a dynamic and committed individual who can work in a fast paced environment
