ADVISORS – OUTBOUND TELESALES
FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME HOURS AVAILABLE
CARDIFF GATE BUSINESS PARK, CF23 8GL
Salary - £20,000 per annum + Excellent Bonus schemes
SSE is one of the UK's largest and most diverse energy companies and our core purpose is to provide the energy people need in a reliable and sustainable way, as part our ambitious growth plans we are launching an outbound telesales team based in Cardiff.
Working within our growing outbound team, you'll be making calls to existing and new customers, to inform them of new products. You'll also be making retention based offers to encourage customers to remain with SSE. As an ambassador for SSE, you'll be committed to providing a high level of customer service, be comfortable speaking on the telephone together with having a polite and engaging telephone manner where you will leave the customer with a positive experience regardless of the sales outcome.
To be successful in this role, you'll have experience of working within a target driven environment, have strong communication and negotiation skills, a resilient approach to business development and be comfortable following a scripted process within a regulated Industry and guiding the customer through the process. You'll show empathy, assertiveness, tact and resilience, along with excellent pc skills and be competent in working with multiple systems. Ideally, you'll be an experienced Sales and Customer Service Advisor; however we will also consider candidates who can demonstrate the potential to grow their career within a Business Development environment.
You'll be required to work shifts between the hours of 10.00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday and 10:00am- 3:30pm on rotational Saturdays.

Positions are based within our Ty Calon building in Cardiff Gate Business Park. We operate a 3 day single occupant parking system and encourage car sharing. Park & Ride is also available and a good public transport system. We have an on-site canteen offering an excellent choice of fresh snacks daily. We have start dates throughout 2016, please be aware we are unable to authorise any time off in the initial 5 week training period.
