Education Recruitment Consultant
York / Leeds Outskirts
£20,000 - £22,000 plus bonus

A specialist recruitment agency based near York and Leeds are looking to expand their successful team with an additional recruitment consultant. The company specialise in educational recruitment, therefore an interest in the educational sector would be advantageous. The company are key leaders in their field and have a solid team work ethic that separates themselves from other recruitment agencies.
They prides themselves on helping others progress and learn, this would be an ideal opportunity for other someone in the educational sector, recruitment or someone looking to commence a career.

Role:

*Developing attractive recruitment marketing materials (e.g. adverts, websites)
*Leading search, headhunting and candidate engagement activity on recruitment assignments
*Analysing information (e.g. school data), preparing reports and attending client meetings to present information
*Attending a range of client meetings - including those to win work, take briefings etc
*Interviewing candidates and preparing interview reports
*Carrying out research and preparing proposals, presenting appropriate information to secure new business
*Attending presentation pitches to win new business
*Taking references and preparing feedback reports
*Arranging and attending networking events
*Being an ambassador for Navigate through all external interactions
*Developing your knowledge of the education and schools sector
*Responsible for ensuring all assignment documentation is up to date and maintained
*Gain a full understanding of the necessary systems and processes
