Apprentice / Trainee Recruiter

Therefore, we are extremely excited to welcome a new member to the team as an Apprentice / Trainee.
The Apprentice / Trainee will be responsible for assisting consultants in all aspects of resourcing and administration, as well as managing their time effectively and building up their own network of talent. In addition, the applicant will be encouraged to part-take in the screening of potential candidates and arrange interviews. Dependant upon the areas which the applicant feels they wish to excel, further responsibilities could include:
Social Media & digital marketing
Blogging / Vlogging activities
Attending networking events
Following a 3 month probationary period this is a permanent role. For more junior applicants there is the possibility of completing an apprenticeship qualification in the first year of employment. This will be working towards a Level 2 in Business Administration or Digital Marketing. Should the apprentice wish to continue this qualification there will be the option to complete a Level 3 apprenticeship in their second year of employment. For more experienced applicants there is the option to start the apprenticeship working towards level 3 or to come on board as a trainee recruiter and just learn on the job.
The apprentice / trainee will be a permanent member of staff from day one.
They should be able to demonstrate:
Very strong communication skills
High levels of literacy
A love of and aptitude for accuracy and detail
A keen interest in a potential future career within IT, Recruitment or Sales and Marketing
An energetic and hands-on approach to working

Salary: £6.70 per hour plus bonus incentives
Working hours: Mon- Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm with 1 hours for lunch (40 hours per week)
