We have an exciting opportunity for a positive and motivated Recruitment Administrator to join our close knit HR team, to provide a smooth and efficient recruitment process to line managers and candidates all over the globe!

We offer a wide choice of water based holidays with over 800 yachts in 30 locations throughout the Caribbean, Mediterranean, South Pacific, Indian Ocean and Europe.

What you will be doing

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Loading new roles onto the recruitment system;
  • Preparing and sending offers of employment and relevant contractual documentation;
  • Coordinating the collation of required documentation to further process visas, A1s, and other relevant requisitions;
  • Liaison with aviation team to book and communicate staff flights;
  • To co- support the recruitment team when requested;
  • Be first line of support for Hiring Managers recruiting junior positions;
  • Log and respond to speculative applications / CV’s and maintain the system and recruitment talent-pools;
  • Assist with any HR generalist duties as applicable.

What we are looking for

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous experience within a recruitment / HR function in similar role
  • Good attention to detail
  • Team player with the ability to make decisions where needed and not afraid to work on own initiative
  • Customer focused, ensuring both the internal and external customer experience is faultless
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and consistently achieve deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in line with best-practice HR
  • A keen interest in the travel industry; preferably yachts
