What will you be doing?

Developing business critical to Salesforce applications for key business processes within my client company. You will also develop integrations with other 3rd party systems required deliver an amazing experience for our customers and employees.

You will lead a team of talented Salesforce developers using Agile development processes. You will also work closely alongside our trusted partners who help us deliver high quality software solutions in the Salesforce cloud.

You will be:

• Developing APEX code as per development standards as part of an agile development practice
• Manage, mentor and lead a team of developers to produce high quality Salesforce solutions efficiently
• Work with closely with other development teams to build or troubleshoot any integrations with other core systems
• Gauge the impact to production system when implementing a major, minor existing users on how to optimise Salesforce applications and drive Salesforce development best practicesDo I have what it takes?

• At least 6 years software engineering experience in Apex, Java or C#
• At least 3 years Salesforce Development experience
• Solid experience leading team in an Agile development environment
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices
• Exceptional knowledge of Salesforce platform development
• A proactive, self-motivated Developer who is able to communicate clearly and collaborate across all levels of the organisation.
• Preferable Attributes

• Salesforce certification or evidence of formal training in Salesforce development
• Java and or C# development skills
