Job Description

Our Fraud Officers leverage the latest technology and insights to protect our business and assist our clients directly when they experience financial crimes like fraud or phishing. To prevent financial economic crime, our experts are well-versed in the intricacies of the world’s financial systems, including the latest threats and regulatory requirements. You’ll work in a 24/7 shift system (3 shifts), analysing data and documents to assess potential risks, detect irregularities, and collaborate closely with other departments to mitigate these risks. Communication is key, so you’ll work with legal and financial teams across industries while providing immediate support to clients, ensuring a wide net of safety from financial economic crime.

Officers at Sopra Steria in the financial sector take charge in several diverse roles while giving excellent customer service and support of the highest quality. Fluent communication and a collaborative mindset are how we drive excellence across departments. As an officer, you’ll work across fields, such as business support and KYC analysis, through multiple channels. You’ll put seamless collaboration first so our internal departments can work harmoniously, and you’ll take a proactive approach to solving problems and optimizing processes. Client satisfaction is crucial, but so are our business goals. Your day-to-day work will be in service to both, creating a customer-first experience that supports Sopra Steria’s growth.

·  Education: Bachelor’s degree or a relevant equivalent  
·  Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience  
·  Experience with Microsoft Office tools  
·  Languages: Dutch & French (required), English desirable
