We are launching a dedicated AI program to integrate generative AI and machine learning into our commercial operations, with a focus on sales coaching, productivity tools, and customer engagement. This internship offers hands-on experience in building and optimizing AI-powered solutions that transform how sales teams learn and perform.
Job Description
Role Overview:
As an AI Intern, you will collaborate with our Sales Enablement team to design, prototype, and test AI-driven tools that enhance sales coaching and performance. You’ll gain exposure to real-world AI applications, including natural language processing (NLP), predictive analytics, and AI-based conversational agents.
Key Responsibilities:
· Research & Ideation: Explore AI use cases for sales coaching, enablement, and performance improvement.
· Prototype Development: Assist in building and testing AI-powered tools (e.g., role-play simulators, real-time feedback engines).
· Data Preparation: Work on data preprocessing, cleaning, and structuring for model training.
· Model Training & Evaluation: Support development and fine-tuning of machine learning models using frameworks like Synthesia.
· Integration & Testing: Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI features into existing platforms (CRM, coaching dashboards).
· Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear records of experiments, results, and recommendations for scaling solutions.
What You’ll Learn:
· Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-powered coaching tools.
· How AI transforms sales enablement and customer engagement strategies.
· Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Tech).
· Exposure to enterprise-grade tools and platforms (Salesforce, Gong, Copilot).
Qualifications
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
· Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
· Strong interest in AI applications for business and sales.
· Basic programming skills in Python (knowledge of R or Java is a plus).
· Familiarity with AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
· Understanding of NLP concepts and conversational AI is a bonus.
· Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
· Fluency in English and in French
Nice to Have:
· Experience with prompt engineering or chatbot development.
· Knowledge of sales processes or CRM systems.
· Previous projects in AI or data analytics.
