Job Description

What you can expect

As a member of our value management team, you will support us in the implementation of design-to-cost, cost assessment and value analysis projects for our customers, e.g., in the aerospace industry, as well as in the further development of our services.

Your responsibilities will include:

·  Carrying out design-to-cost projects - from analysis and idea generation to implementation support
·  Creation of analyses and models in the area of cost structure, including the identification of cost drivers
·  Support in the planning and implementation of workshops to generate ideas for cost saving potentials
·  Support in the development of the business area and in the further development of our services
·  General project management activities
·  Moderation of meetings and workshops

Qualifications

Who we are looking for

You have successfully completed a business, technical or comparable degree and have already gained initial professional experience in the consulting environment.

You also have:

·  A confident and competent appearance as well as a high degree of social competence
·  A structured way of working and the ability to keep a cool head even in stressful situations
·  Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams and in creative and innovation techniques
·  Knowledge of aircraft design and development
·  Comprehension of design to cost and cost analysis
·  Experience in the preparation of business cases and in dealing with financial data
·  Understanding of value analysis and value management is desirable
