Job Description

As a Sales Enablement Operations Lead, you will manage the governance and reporting of the Sales enablement. You will be responsible of the onboarding of new sales and client facing team members and manage the Sales enablement platform.

Key Responsibilities  

You will be part of the RevOps team and report to the Sales Enablement Manager.

Your main responsibilities include:

·  Governance & Reporting: Facilitate advisory meetings, manage action backlogs, and report on enablement effectiveness.
·  Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding for new sales, bid managers, and client-facing staff.
·  Manage the Sales enablement platform, including uploading and organizing materials and tracking user activity as well as managing our SharePoint portal
·  Coordinate and contribute to the development of Sales enablement owned materials and create assets such as videos, PowerPoint, training scenarios.
·  Ability to work in an international environment and on a cross functional level, managing projects.
·  Execute the governance of Sales enablement: facilitate the Sales enablement advisory meetings, manage the action backlog and report.
·  Track the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and report on findings

Qualifications

Skills required  

·  Communication : Strong verbal and written skills to engage stakeholders.
·  Interpersonal : Ability to build trust and collaborate across departments.
·  Organizational : Skilled in planning, scheduling, and delivering enablement initiatives.
·  Adaptability : Comfortable with evolving processes and scaling enablement maturity.
·  Cross-Cultural : Experience working in international and diverse environments.
·  Technical : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint; familiarity with enablement platforms and AI solutions.

Your profile  

·  Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, training or a related field
·  Prior experience in a context of Sales, Presales or Business Development
·  You take initiatives and you are curious about innovative learning methodologies
·  Fluency in English is essential, French is required
