Job Description

As a PMO ERP, you are responsible for coordinating, governing, and optimizing ERP programs and projects across the organization.

You ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of ERP initiatives (such as SAP ) by establishing strong project governance, standard methodologies, and clear reporting mechanisms. You act as a central point of coordination between business stakeholders, IT teams, system integrators, and external vendors.

You play a key role in aligning ERP projects with strategic objectives, managing dependencies, risks, and resources, and ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met throughout the ERP lifecycle.

Your responsibilities include:

·  Defining and maintaining PMO governance frameworks for ERP programs (methodologies, standards, templates, KPIs).
·  Coordinating ERP project portfolios , including planning, prioritization, dependency management, and resource allocation.
·  Monitoring project performance (scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues) and producing clear executive-level reporting.
·  Supporting ERP implementation and transformation initiatives , including rollouts, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
·  Managing change management and communication plans in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
·  Ensuring alignment between business requirements and ERP delivery , facilitating decision-making and steering committees.
·  Overseeing vendor and system integrator coordination , contract milestones, and deliverable quality.
·  Driving continuous improvement in project delivery, governance maturity, and ERP value realization.

With a strong balance of organizational rigor, analytical insight, and stakeholder management, you contribute to the successful delivery of ERP programs, enabling operational excellence, process standardization, and sustainable digital transformation.

You have knowledge and experience of the following:

·  At least 3 years of professional experience in PMO, ERP project coordination, or IT transformation programs .
·  Proven experience supporting or governing ERP implementations (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), including rollouts, upgrades, or integrations.
·  Strong skills in project governance, planning, reporting, risk & dependency management , and portfolio coordination.
·  Experience working with business and IT stakeholders , system integrators, and external vendors in complex environments.
·  Solid understanding of change management, release planning, and production readiness in ERP contexts.
·  Languages: French and English.
·  Education: Master’s degree.
