Job Description

Junior Bid Officer

Preferred Location: Noida

Job Type: Full-Time

Department: CSC Bid Management

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Bid Officer to join our dynamic Bid Office team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the bid process by providing administrative assistance and monitoring bids to ensure governance and compliance standards are followed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to work under pressure, and has a passion for detail-oriented work.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Monitor bid progress, ensuring timely progression and adherence to internal governance.
·  Provide administrative support to streamline time tracking and ensure accurate monitoring of bid-related activities across teams.
·  Assist in managing the bid library and templates, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
·  Provide administrative support in the preparation of bids, proposals, and tender documentation.
·  Track and report on KPIs such as compliance, bid outcomes, successes, and lessons learned.
·  Support monthly and quarterly forecasting and reporting activities.
·  Perform quality control checks on proposals to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications:

·  Previous experience in a support or administrative role (experience in bid management or sales is a plus).
·  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
·  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
·  Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
·  Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Total Experience Expected: 03-05 years
