Job Description

As an IAM Engineer you will engage in cross-functional project alignment:

Evaluate the technical feasibility of the functional analysis, work with others on the technical analysis or carry out the technical analysis in order to meet the needs of users and make possible the efficient programming of the application.

You will also implement and enhance the technical applications, taking the analyses into consideration in order to meet the requirements of users. Furthermore you are responsible to fully onboard new applications for single sign-on, authentication and authorization, entitlements management, and user lifecycle management. In addition you give 2nd line support to Access Administrators, monitoring and maintenance of daily processes. You help design IAM flows in BPMN (LeanIX – Archimate) and work together with the CISO / Team lead in order to optimize the security posture, keeping in mind the business needs.

You’ll have knowledge and experience of the following:

·  Masters degree in computer science or Security or by experience
·  At least 5 years' experience in IT architecture/design with proven knowledge in IAM
·  Design solutions, considering the business needs and asses the residual risks
·  Strong communication skills and can convince others by your involvement, assertiveness, and knowledge
·  Problem solver, focused on simplicity and efficiency
·  Very good knowledge of Identity & Access management packages in general, specifically:
·  EntraID / Azure B2C (CIAM)
·  Federate / OIDC / SAML setups / SSO
·  Flows – Graph API
·  Others are a plus
·  Intimately familiar with IAM related protocols such as SAML, XACML, SCIM, OpenID and OAuth.
·  Very good knowledge of parametrization, development, flow creation and provisioning connectors
·  Good knowledge of global architecture and security principles
·  Good understanding of Multi-Factor authentication and Privileged Access Management
·  Can collaborate closely with devops and architects
·  2-3 years of software development experience is desirable
·  Must have working knowledge and understanding of networking technologies such as LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, load balancers, firewalls etc
·  Fluent in English and Dutch
