We're seeking a talented HRIS Integrations Developer to join our Workday development team in Oslo, Norway. We believe the right candidate could have a few years of experience working with SaaS business applications and integrations, but we are also open to candidates without prior work experience who is motivated to learn.
You'll be joining a small, agile and self-driven team of four dedicated colleagues. Together, you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining Workday, empowering you to make a significant impact on the HR experience for over 3,500 colleagues across Scandinavia.
While fluency in Norwegian is not required, you must be fluent in English.

In this role, you will:
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement sustainable Workday integrations that meet specific needs.
· Work closely with the Integration lead to manage inbound and outbound data flows between Workday and other internal/external systems.
· Develop, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions, ensuring a smooth operational handover and post-go-live support.
· Foster strong relationships with internal teams to understand their requirements and ensure integrations align with their goals.
· Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle technical challenges.
· Effectively communicate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
We think this would be helpful in this role, although not required:
· A few years of experience working with Workday HCM or a similar HR system.
· Experience with cloud computing, web services, and integration challenges.
· Proficiency in XML, XPath, XSLT, and an object-oriented programming language (such as Java).
· Familiarity with one or more business application environments (CRM, ERP, etc.).
· Experience with other middleware/integration platforms.
· Experience designing workflows to solve business and technical problems.
· A basic understanding of HR operations and employee data management.
