Job Description
As a Financial Administrative Assistant you fulfill an important role within our team. You are responsible for checking the data needed to generate invoices. This process is largely automated, and you will ensure that the information is available in a timely, complete and correct manner. In particular, you are responsible for checking time records of deployed employees.
Your responsibility also includes noticing any errors in the automatic invoicing process. If there are any inaccuracies, you are the one who actively pursues these to make corrections and ensure that the invoicing is accurate and error-free.
In addition, you are the point of contact for employees with questions about timesheets. You will work together with the operations mailbox to handle questions quickly and adequately. Your proactive contribution to the improvement of the financial administrative organization is appreciated and encouraged.

Qualifications
The Invoicing team consists of five colleagues, working closely with the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, External Hiring and Project Administration teams. This synergy optimizes the efficiency and accuracy of our financial processes, allowing the team as a whole to contribute maximally to the realization of our organizational goals.
· You are MBO educated (level 3/4, Financial Administrative Assistant/ Business Administrator);
· You are accurate and have attention to detail;
· You are service-oriented and solution-oriented;
· You have a proactive attitude and are assertive in customer contact;
· You have good written and communication skills;
· You are willing to learn and grow in the role;
· You are results-oriented and can plan and prioritize well;
· You can function extremely well both independently and as part of a team;
· You are comfortable with Excel.
