Job Description
As an APEX Developer, you excel in building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using Oracle APEX (Application Express). In a world where businesses demand fast, intuitive, and data-driven solutions, your expertise will be crucial for developing custom applications that streamline processes and enhance productivity.
You will design and implement web applications, create dynamic user interfaces, and integrate various data sources to optimize business workflows for our clients. In this role, you’ll be a trusted technical advisor—addressing complex challenges, providing strategic technical insights, and collaborating with both clients and internal teams to deliver robust solutions. Your contributions will help organizations harness the full potential of their data and applications, leading to more efficient, innovative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle APEX applications tailored to client needs.
• Create dynamic web-based user interfaces and custom reports.
• Integrate APEX applications with existing enterprise systems and databases.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring high levels of scalability and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Utilize version control, ensuring codebase integrity, collaboration, and smooth integration of changes.
• Implement best practices for application deployment, automation, and continuous integration (CI/CD).
• Manage and configure deployment pipelines to ensure efficient, error-free releases across development, testing, and production environments.
• Provide technical guidance and support for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations.
• Stay up to date with the latest APEX features and industry best practices to continually improve solutions.

Education: you have completed a HBO education in the direction of IT
Languages: Dutch and English
Qualifications:
• Proven experience with Oracle APEX development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle databases.
• Experience in designing responsive web applications.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Preferred:
• Experience with integrating APEX with cloud solutions (e.g., Oracle Cloud).
• Knowledge of Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) and web services integration.
• Understanding of data security, encryption, and compliance standards.
