Who we are:

With several other license partnerships following, in 2013 Sophie launched sophieconran.com as a central hub to bring all of her license partnerships together and to design and develop exclusive collections. Sophieconran.com is now a go-to destination for the whole home with exciting new collections launching seasonally.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and energetic intern with a can-do attitude to join our small and extremely busy team in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in all areas of a rapidly growing e-commerce business.
You must have:
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• A willingness to get stuck in to any task, no matter how small
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• A keen eye for detail
• A friendly and confident manner
• The ability to think well for yourself but work brilliantly in a team
• Experience in magento/mailchimp/photoshop/illustrator a bonus
Responsibilities:
No two days will be the same as you provide support across the team. We’re a close-knit team with only 8 of us in total including Sophie that cover all areas of the business, so we are all very hands on and overlap with each other. Responsibilities will include:
• Greeting guests for meetings – preparing drinks etc
• Post office/shop runs
• Data entry
• Ensuring the studio space is always looking immaculate
• Assisting with sample management and logistics
• Assisting on photo-shoots
• Contributing to team meetings
• Creating inspiration boards both physically and on pinterest
• Ad-hoc requests from team members
Depending on your experience you may also:
• Support the Brand Manager and Shop Team on website projects
• Support the Creative Co-ordinator on creative asset creation and implementation
For us it is very much about finding the right fit so we are open to the period of time you intern with us and how many days a week, but our preference would be for a 6-month term and 3 day a week minimum.
