Materials Associate II
The Materials Associate II will perform materials / logistics-related functions to support the manufacturing and distribution of Hearing Aids, FM Systems, and Accessories.
Responsibilities:
* Handle material replenishment, receiving, cycle counts, and order fulfillment
* Inspect products, identify defects, and participate in quality improvement
* Lead process improvements and support team goals
* Maintain a clean, safe workstation
Flex to various roles as needed
More About You:
Education & Experience:
* 2-4 years in inventory management/logistics
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in Materials Associate I role
Skills & Competencies:
* Strong inventory knowledge and ability to follow work instructions
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to count, verify, and audit inventory locations
* Ability to use small hand tools and light bench equipment
* Demonstrated understanding of safety procedures
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours a day
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
* Ability to walk up/down steps
* Repetitive hand motions using both hands

This role's pay rate is $20.00 per hour.
