Solutions Inc. is a leading independent Apple Store in the South East, with branches in Hove, Chichester, Bournemouth, Guildford, St Albans and Chelmsford. We pride ourselves on the giving the best service possible to our customers and for this reason we are looking for a full time Repair Technician/Sales Advisor in our Chichester store.

We need an Apple fanatic. Someone with a good technical mind who owns a Mac and would love nothing more than to talk to customers about them all day.

During the course of an average working day Repair Technicians are engaged in a multitude of varying tasks including software and hardware configurations of customer computer systems and repairs to warranty and non-warranty computers. Along side the repair role you will also be required to demonstrate the advantages of Apple over Windows and talk to customers about why they should buy a Mac.

Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging with customers to help and identify issues and make recommendations To be able to demonstrate the advantages of Apple over Windows
• Confidently carry out part fittings and repairs on customer computer systems.
• Posses a good technical knowledge of the Mac OS for system configurations.
• Have exceptional organisational skills.
• Available to work 5 days a week, including weekends
