You should be a native German speaker with a confident, positive and friendly attitude as well as a team player with excellent communication skills. You should have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, and a good sense of humour!
The role:
As a customer support agent, yours will be a busy day. You’ll be talking to customers on the phone and via email, answering queries and processing orders; you’ll know all of our products inside out and will be on hand to assist customers in choosing their perfect sofa (or bed…or footstool…or armchair!); Multi-tasking is a must!
