Job description

Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator based in Salford to cover maternity leave for 10 months based in Salford Quays offices. You will support fleet and transport  within the UK & Ireland business. Providing administrative support for approx. 1800 road registered vehicles within the UK & Ireland including cars, light commercials, HGV, PSV, Electric and Road Registered Plant equipment.

You will need to have very good knowledge of all MS Office packages (particularly Excel), confident with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Role Responsibility

·  Checking Invoices
·  Driving Licence Verification for the Horticultural Service Fleet and Foreign Licence Holders
·  Management of MIDAS mileage system
·  Mileage capture for vehicles within Horticultural Services
·  Support company vehicle drivers and managers in areas such as company car schemes, accident management, insurance, vehicle ordering and legislative compliance.
·  Various admin tasks including but not limited to MOT & Service Reminders, ordering of fuel cards, running reports from dedicated fleet database.

Essential

·  PC Literate, demonstrable solid experience of using Microsoft products, particularly excel (you must be able to add a filter to excel and more) There will be a excel test through the interview process
·  Experienced administrator with accurate keyboard skills and excellent attention to detail
·  Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities
·  Good verbal and written communication skills
·  Well organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines
·  Proven experience of communicating at all levels within an organisation using a variety of methods; email, telephone, letters, etc.
·  Strong understanding and respect of confidentiality
