Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for aFacilities Co-Ordinatorto join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

·  Ensure adequate products, equipment and materials are available to the contract standard and are properly stored, maintained and purchased in accordance with Company procedures
·  To give full support to the Account Manager
·  To be the day to day focal point for management/users
·  To assist in the coordination of the services within the agreed service specifications.
·  To assist in the agreed levels of customer service in a timely and professional manner.
·  To assist in the management of resources efficiently and effectively attending weekly/monthly minuted reviews with service providers.
·  To attend as required meetings as designated by the Account Manager.
·  To assist in the assessment of service provision ensuring compliance and value for money.
·  To identify additional services that could be introduced and of benefit to the client.
·  Documentation compliance.

·  The ability to act as an effective Team Player
·  Flexible, with the ability to work under pressure whilst looking for continuous improvements to service delivery
·  Proven operational experience within a facilities / pharmaceutical laboratory related environment
·  Articulate, numerate and confident with good interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at all levels.
·  Good time management.
·  Self starter with pro-active approach.
·  Lateral thinker adept at problem solving.
·  Health & Safety trained. IOSH or equivalent.
·  Good organisational skills, able to manage workload to meet deadlines.
·  Excellent customer service skills.
·  IT literate
