Role Responsibility

·  Organise and schedule meetings and appointments, including booking and refreshments
·  Maintain contact lists
·  Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters and forms
·  Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
·  Book travel arrangements
·  Provide general support to management team

Package Description

This role is for an Administration Assistant who will provide property administration services.  Must be confident.  Will be the first point of contact for all enquiries, requests and comments regarding accommodation and facilities services from tenants, clients and fellow colleagues.  Will assist General Manager in delivering sales targets and ensuring adherence to Sodexo's standard sales process.

The successful applicant will work closely with colleagues to deliver a one stop seamless service to all tenants, visitors and staff.

Process rental payments and take part in the collection/referral of arrears.

Occasional weekend working may be required along with cover during Christmas, Easter and Bank Holiday periods.

Manage workload and meet deadlines.

Deal with queries in a professional manner. 

Actively involved in the management of the property through termly inspections and check out processes.

Able to demonstrate skills/education in English and Mathematics.

Demonstrate experience of working on own initiative

Excellent computer skills and good knowledge of the operation of social media
