Job Description

·  Perform structural inspections for the following structural elements: (CMU, cast-in-place concrete, reinforcement steel, shoring/re-shoring, post-tension cable, precast) 
·  This position requires the inspector to be comfortable working at different heights and inclement weather

 

Qualifications

Threshold Inspector Requirements:

·  Five years of construction experience
·  Two years of post-tension experience
·  Threshold Inspection experience
·  Valid Driver’s license required.
·  State of Florida Standard Building Inspector (BN) License is required
·  Commercial building, post tension

(Electrical, mechanical and plumbing, 1&2 Family Residential, a plus)
