Job Description

We provide engineering consulting in the following areas:

·  Structural Inspections
·  Water Intrusion Investigation
·  Concrete Restoration
·  Painting and Waterproofing
·  Asphalt Pavement Evaluations
·  Roof Consulting & Design
·  Seawalls & Retaining Walls
·  Project Management
·  (O.A.R.) Services
·  Reserve Studies
·  Property Turnover Surveys
·  Property Condition Surveys
·  Asset Lifecycle Analysis (ROI)
·  Drainage, Erosion, and Settlement
·  Expert Witness Services

 

All Staff Engineers will be responsible for:

• Property Condition Assessments

• Geotechnical site research

• Field construction materials phase testing and inspections

• Assisting with soil boring and/or test pit investigations

• Building science and engineering field work

Qualifications

1-3 years experience 

Must have degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
