Job Description
An Office Manager should perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties will include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
What you will do:
· Manage office day to day needs including ordering supplies, scheduling maintenance and other facility items, and answering any questions employees may have
· Assist with billing by collaborating with clients to obtain outstanding payments
· Work with payroll on timesheet submission for Naples office employees, AP invoices, and AR management
· Manage leadership’s expenses using SAP Concur
· Assist HR with new hire onboarding
· Work with IT to assist with requests/ticket submittals
· Manage the building alarm
· Order SOCOTEC promotional materials
· Plan company outings and events
Qualifications
· Intermediate to advanced Excel, QuickBooks, SAP Concur and MS Office
· Excellent verbal & written communications skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Working hours M-F 8am-5pm
