Responsibilities
As part of its daily activities, the Business Intelligence Competence Center for the Americas region wishes to develop various dashboarding and reporting tools to assist business teams in New York and Chicago in their decision-making. With the support of the team members, the intern will be in charge of:
- Collecting needs and specify the functionalities to be implemented.
- Develop the necessary applications (dashboard, reports, process automation).
- Implement, test and deliver functionalities according to our standards.
Monitoring reports will also need to be designed and implemented to provide regular status. The Intern will also help in developing and improving existing tools.
The members of the BI Center will be committed to supporting the Intern in their training, providing them with the tools and necessary advice to successfully complete their internship. The latter will be integrated into a group of several Interns, encouraging exchange and teamwork. Hackathons are also regularly organized internally in order to create a real group dynamic.
Profile Required
This internship requires analytical skills and the desire to work as a team to directly support all business lines and work closely with development and production support teams.
Experience in business intelligence is also an asset.
Technical experience:
- Business Intelligence Tool: MS Power BI, Table, MicroStrategy, Grafana
- Databases: Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL
- Unix & Windows Servers
More:
- Languages: Angular, python
- ETL tool: Pentaho Data Integration, Talend, Informatica
Required skills:
