Mission

The HR Business Analyst is a Support for the Regional HR Business Partners (HRBP) team by helping to monitor and coordinate the HR activities and/or projects for the Front Office / Support Functions in the Region.

In that sense, he / she has a centralizing role for the Regional HRBP team together with the HR Specialist teams, countries HR and global HR counterparts.

You are required to give a regional and transversal view on different HR topics when requested by HRBPs or the Heads of Business Lines / Functions. You will liaise with the HR Middle Office teams, HR Specialists and/or country HR teams actively.

Main Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

·  Support the HRBPs in the Annual Compensation Review (ACR) process: preparation of the ACR campaign, close follow-up of the ACR process and changes on both salary and bonus exercises, coordination of the C&B issues and checks with the countries, managers, HR Specialists and / or Global HR teams. (split of files, preparation of the communication, consolidation, statistics / analytics for the Lines of Business / function and for the region)
·  According to the BL and its practices, assist the HRBPs on the retention issues and follow-up to be put in place
·  Benchmark campaign: preparation and follow-up of the campaign for the final review by Regional HRBP

People & Talent Development (PTD)

·  Support the coordination and follow-up of the training and development programs with PTD and country HR
·  Preparation, coordination and follow-up of the different PTD campaigns with PTD and country HR and ensure smooth data intervention during the process: Talent Management, Mentoring, Promotion, etc.

Reporting

·  Staff monitoring management with different counterparts involved on business and HR sides: Business COOs and managers, HR Middle Office, Recruitment Team, Country and global HR teams
·  Coordinate with HR Analytics team on any reporting needs including ad-hoc requests from the Business- HR Database to put in place and monitor for the Business lines

Support the Regional HRBPs on transversal topics and projects

·  Participation to specific projects and continuous improvement initiatives
·  In charge of the development of new tools for monitoring the Regional HRBPs activities

Desired profile

Profile

·  Hold a relevant Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Management or similar
·  Solutions driven; ability to prioritize and work under pressure
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·  Process oriented, ability to challenge and simplify processes
·  Detailed oriented, strong sense of confidentiality, sensitivity of operational control
·  Good Excel / reporting analytics and PowerPoint presentation skills
·  “Think out the box” to bring new ideas
·  Fluent English is mandatory, with Cantonese and Mandarin being a plus

This is a fixed term 12- month Trainee contract with Societe Generale. You will form part of the team on a full time basis.
