Description of the Business Line or Department - Summary of the business, coverage, services
Context : The Operations Agency Department handle the middle and back office functions for Capital Market Agency Operations in the UK.
Therefore, OPER/CMA/COO acts as an enabler for the organization to deliver the best services to our clients; the team accompanies the OPER/CMA UK teams to deliver their transformation and help them to execute their roadmap, to meet their regulatory requirements, to respect their budget, to optimize their resources and to develop their people.
Summary of the key purposes of the role - Summary of the key objectives and primary goals (minimum 3)
The purpose of the mission is to create time and cost savings for the OPER CMA Chief of Staff, by taking over some missions concerning communication and event within OPER CMA UK: Organization of events, Communication (All Staff presentation, Org chart, Achievements, Newsletter…), People Roadmap
Summary of responsibilities - Minimum of 6 responsibilities to be identified
The candidate will be in charge of communication mission which will lead him/her to conduct a number of projects and some studies across the OPER CMA UK organization. The role of the candidate will be to improve the Corporate Communication by optimizing the process of collection and publication of information for OPER CMA UK.
Part of the role (at 20%) will be also too support other functions of the chief of staff role.
This position is particular in the sense that the candidate will sit among the ExCo members. The expected level of the quality of the deliverables, the pertinence of the suggestions and the understanding of the environment is very high.
